GGs Announced!

The finalists for the Governor General’s Literary Awards (more affectionately known as the GGs) were announced yesterday with the winners being announced November 18th. Some familiar faces are on the list, including Rawi Hage for Cockroach which is also a finalist for the Giller. I won't list everything here since there are numerous categories, but anyone interested can take a peak on the Canada Council website at http://www.canadacouncil.ca/prizes/ggla/.
