My pick for February: The Uncommon Reader by Alan Bennett (121 pages, 2006). It chronicles the events that transpire when the queen takes up reading: "A masterpiece of comic brevity" says the Observer.
Alright, I was going to make a smartass suggestion but I've controlled the urge and will suggest The Curious Case of Benjamin Button only because I like reading the book before seeing the movie, and I haven't seen the movie yet! And at 64 pages I figure I can probably squeeze that into February...And in case I forget to post in the future I'm suggesting Christopher Moore's Fool for an upcoming month as well!
Perhaps Fool can be an April pick.
